You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. You do not need to give a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must register your return online via your personal account. Please note that we don't accept return requests via email.
How to request a return:
Log in to your account on our website.
Navigate to "Orders" in your account menu.
Select the order containing the items you wish to return.
Click on "Request Return" and follow the prompts to complete your request.
Once your request is submitted, you will receive further instructions on how to ship the products back to us.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period ends 30 days after the day you receive your order.
If your order contains one product, the period starts on the day it is received.
If your order contains multiple products delivered on different days, the period starts when the last product is delivered.
Returning the Products
After requesting your return via your account, the products must be returned within 14 days.
Return shipping costs a flat fee of โฌ3.00, per return, regardless of how many products you send back. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Products should be returned in good condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is accepted, we will refund:
the price paid for the returned products, and
the standard delivery cost, but only if you return your entire order.
Please note:
If you only return part of your order, we will refund the price of the returned products only. The delivery cost will not be refunded in that case, since part of your order remains in your possession.
A โฌ3.00 flat fee for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Extra delivery costs resulting from choosing a non-standard shipping option (such as express delivery) are never refunded.
Refund Timing & Payment Method
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice (via the return request).
We may wait to issue the refund until the products have been received or until you provide proof of return.
Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Condition of Returned Products
Products may only be handled as much as necessary to inspect them.
